If 2024 was about setting a bold vision, then 2025 was the year of execution. Our performance showed continued growth in many sectors of our business, a direct result of our relentless drive to translate strategic goals into tangible service excellence and superior clinical outcomes. I am incredibly proud of the team for their focused commitment to operational excellence.
This strong performance was recognized through several prestigious domestic awards. We were honored with Thailand's Top Corporate Brand 2024 in the Health Care Services category from Chulalongkorn University, alongside both the Outstanding Company Performance Award and the Best Company Performance Award from the Stock Exchange of Thailand. These accolades reflect our ability to balance clinical excellence with robust operational efficiency.
Our dedication to maintaining the highest international standards was also reaffirmed. The Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Unit earned certification from the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ASGE), while our Heart Failure and Breast Cancer programs achieved the esteemed JCI Clinical Care Program Certification (CCPC). These distinctions underscore our leadership in managing complex diseases.
This external validation is a credit to the exceptional work delivered by our clinical teams. Our Heart Institute elevated cardiac care with advanced, minimally invasive interventions; our Advanced Arthritis & Arthroplasty (AAA) Center was upgraded with robotic-assisted surgical technology; and our Organ Transplant Services achieved remarkable success rates, offering patients a genuine second chance at life. These milestones solidify our reputation as the trusted destination for high-acuity care.
We have also been pioneers in adopting groundbreaking technology. The introduction of Photon-Counting CT technology is providing unprecedented image clarity at lower radiation doses, and for treatment, we have implemented innovative solutions like Hypoglossal Nerve Stimulation (HNS) for sleep apnea.
Our vision of health has expanded beyond the hospital walls. The deeper integration of VitalLife Scientific Wellness Center has created a powerful synergy between treatment and proactive wellness, empowering patients to take control of their long-term health. In oncology, our Comprehensive Cancer Center has made significant strides in advancing Precision Oncology, progressively integrating advanced genomic testing to create increasingly personalized treatment plans.
As we look to the future, our focus remains on continuous improvement.
