2023 was a remarkable year and a ‘Year of Excellence’ for our company; our dedication shone across various domains, including People Excellence, Clinical Excellence, Quality and Safety Excellence, and Patient Experience Excellence. The inauguration of the world-class Heart Institute, spearheaded by Dr. Koonlawee Nademanee, Director of the Bumrungrad Heart Institute, marked a milestone in our commitment to treating a spectrum of heart conditions with unparalleled expertise.

Similarly, the introduction of the Eye Excellence Center addressed a comprehensive range of eye disorders, from the simplest to the most complex cases, showcasing our dedication to holistic patient care. The expansion of services at the Digestive Disease Center further aligned us with rigorous international standards, enabling us to offer an elevated level of care to our patients.

At present, Thailand is facing a population decline, and this problem is listed in the national agenda. Mindful of these societal challenges, our Fertility Center & IVF Clinic was established to support families navigating infertility issues, and to deliver holistic reproductive care. Additionally, our medical wellness business witnessed significant growth, with VitalLife Scientific Wellness Center expanding its offerings through a blend of seasoned practitioners, advanced technologies, and AI-powered longevity systems.

The culmination of 2023 was marked by our 7th reaccreditation from Joint Commission International, a testament to our commitment to quality and safety. Another significant milestone was the inauguration of our state-of -the-art boutique, multi-specialty hospital in Phuket, poised to become the most trusted healthcare and wellness destination by 2026.
